Role Overview

Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager 5 - Food to join our team at one of our high-profile accounts in Stamford CT.  The current food landscape consists of Cafes, Catering, Micro-Market, and Office Coffee Services. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented General Manager 5 with a strong background in customer service and financial acumen. The ideal General Manager candidate will be a strategic thinker who can quickly assess situations and implement effective solutions tailored to client site needs. 

Incentives

M-F 6am to 4pm rare evenings and no weekends

  • Managing the client relationship
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism
  • Demonstrating strong financial insight to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Provide strategic, on-the-spot problem-solving and decision-making
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Hold team members accountable to performance and service standards
  • Lead and execute both daily and high-end catering operations with excellence
  • Leading and developing a team of salaried managers and hourly employees
