Sodexo has an opportunity for an experienced culinary leader as an Executive Chef 3 at the University of Northern Colorado located in Greeley, CO. As the Executive Chef, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, innovative, and sustainable food experiences across a vibrant campus community, serving resident dining, retail outlets, catering, and special events. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team that values creativity, leadership, and excellence in collegiate dining.
Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and presentation exceed expectations;
Develop creative, seasonal, and diverse menus tailored to student preferences and nutritional standards;
Supervise and train a diverse culinary team, promoting a culture of mentorship and professional growth;
Collaborate with front-of-house and administrative staff to streamline operations and exceed client satisfaction;
Manage food and labor costs, procurement, inventory control, and sustainability initiatives; and/or
Ensure compliance with all Sodexo, local, and federal food safety and sanitation standards.

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
