General Manager 1 - Multi-Service

Sodexo Energy and Resource is seeking a General Manager 1 - Multi-Service to support one of our Oil & Gas clients in Tioga, ND. Sodexo provides our corporate service partners with a diverse range of food services and integrated facilities management possibilities. • Monitors operations by planned and unplanned visits to each operating account of the system to plan projects, implement new processes, and interact with clients.
• Develops business plan and budget w/each account GM that supports the System and District goals.
• Reviews and analyzes financial statements and data and other financial information to ensure attainment of financial goals for both the client and Sodexo.
• Central Point of Contact for Client Liaison promoting a solid business partnership.
• Responsible for system succession planning/employee development/diversity initiatives/training/constructive counseling. 
• Provides strategic leadership to the respective units within the system to maintain client satisfaction and retention.

• Professional and polished written and verbal communication
• Hands-on cooking/culinary experience and experience in facilities management
• Experience managing budgets 
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Initiative and ability to work independently in order to achieve agreed upon business outcomes
• Computer literacy including usage of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and our other food service programs

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
