Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Strategic Sourcer to support recruitment for our Sales Executive jobs across the country. As a Strategic Sourcer, you will source for sales positions in the following segments: Healthcare, Universities, Schools K-12, and Corporate.  The services Sodexo offers in these segments include food and nutrition, housekeeping, laundry, facilities, and healthcare technology management.

 

You will use your strong communication, organizational skills, and technical knowledge to drive sourcing and to provide exceptional customer service to our candidates and business partners. The Strategic Sourcer will work with the Sales Recruiters to identify current and future staffing needs. In addition, the Strategic Sourcer will find and build lucrative partnerships with a wide variety of sourcing channels to create warm candidate pipelines.

 

We are seeking candidates who have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting for sales positions.   

 

This is a virtual position, and the ideal candidate will reside in the continental US.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with Sales Recruiters to execute the recruiting process
  • Source, screen and engage passive and active candidates
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and strategies to find, connect and recruit top talent
  • Cultivate a robust network of potential candidates through pro-active market research, events, and on-going relationship management

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of SALES sourcing and recruiting experience;
  • ATS (applicant tracking system) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) experience
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and team-oriented

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years of experience in positions that include recruiting and filling positions
