Sodexo is seeking a Patient Service Manager 1 at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center located in Baton Rouge, LA. This strategic food service leader will direct and manage the patient feeding operations at this hospital with an average census of 400 patients. This Patient Services Manager will lead, mentor, and develop a team of frontline staff and supervisors in a kitchen environment.
The Patient Services Manager will direct all patient services feeding operations and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the patient meal program to ensure compliance and improve the overall patient experience. We are seeking a charismatic and organized manager to support a team of 40-50 frontline staff and ensure client and patient needs are satisfied.
