Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager, Operational Excellence - Account Excellence for Campus Food Services in Arizona, New Mexico and Colorado. This is a virtual position, and the candidate may reside within the geography close to a major airport. This position will require 50% travel. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. What You'll Do

  • Be responsible for delivering best in class operations by leveraging process, tools, standards, reliance on data and SME teams
  • Drive Customer experience through back of the house excellence and compliance to standards
  • Participates in territory planning and aligns activities according to plan
  • Identify applicable and actionable operational improvements for individual accounts to drive satisfaction and retention
  • Own action plans in alignment with territory planning and regional planning for account performance, own recovery of identified unit.

  • Can create a continuous quality improvement culture that drives operational efficiencies.
  • Utilizes all operational processes to drive continuous improvement and celebrate successes through benchmarking, measuring progress and reporting.
  • The regional operations support team will own and drive operational excellence outcomes of Sodexo in alignment with each client sites contractual requirement.
  • Effectively work with COE deploys, embeds and ensures Sodexo standardized processes are in place, that drives operational excellence and our service and contractual commitments that are: Predictable, Reliable, and Repeatable.
