What You'll Do

  • Lead daily food service operations, ensuring high-quality meals and exceptional service for patients, staff, and visitors
  • Manage and mentor a diverse culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Oversee inventory, purchasing, and cost controls to maintain budget and operational efficiency
  • Drive innovation in menu planning and food presentation, aligning with Sodexo’s standards and client expectations

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
