Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Sales Enablement & Training function. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring sales training initiatives are planned, executed, and delivered with excellence.

 

The Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating all training initiatives across the sales commercial team. This includes overseeing project management for enablement programs and onboarding, ensuring timelines, resources, and stakeholders are aligned. The coordinator will track and report training completion rates, participation metrics, and impact analytics to evaluate program effectiveness. In addition, this role partners with sales leadership to identify enablement priorities and adjust training plans accordingly.

What You'll Do

  • Manage scheduling and logistics for 30-60-90-day onboarding plans for all new sales team members
  • Plan and coordinate all continuing education and professional development trainings for the sales team
  • Maintain a centralized calendar for commercial sales activities, ensuring all team members are informed and prepared
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and action items to ensure successful project execution

  • Experience in project coordination and sales support
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to interact with all levels of the organization 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and virtual meeting platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
