Sodexo is seeking an experienced Asset Management Specialist to support a Life Science client located in Foster City, CA. The Asset Management Specialist responsible for Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) administration, including but not limited to, asset induction and management of asset lifecycle activities, creation of job plans and preventive maintenance/calibration schedule, work order issuance and report generation as instructed by the client. The CMMS Admin works closely with Facilities Team to include the Maintenance Supervisors, Planners, and the Engineering group to maintain the plant’s asset master data in Maximo and / or SAP including the Preventative Maintenance program.
Support Asset Management administration and provide customer support for asset induction and lifecycle management in CMMS
Manage PM and calibration schedules, job plans, and work orders in CMMS
Handle GMP and non-GMP assets (buildings, systems, equipment, instruments)
Assist facility specialists with documentation and implementation tasks
Help prepare and maintain operations and maintenance plans
Perform system tasks like reporting, data analysis, and transactions
Contribute to team initiatives (e.g., testing, work instructions, updates) and support drafting of process documents, flows, and status reports
Identify issues and propose solutions within set processes
Apply technical knowledge to perform basic analysis and tasks
Assist during audits/inspections by providing necessary documentation.
Perform other assigned duties as needed
Follow detailed instructions and standard procedures
