Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Training Content to lead the design and delivery of dynamic, multi-format training programs for Sodexo’s North America Commercial sales organization. This is a high-impact role that blends creativity with technology, empowering our sellers with world-class learning experiences, real-time coaching, and AI-driven insights to accelerate growth, retention, and performance. What You'll Do

  • Design and create engaging, high-quality training content, including presentations, e-learning modules, and supporting materials
  • Build micro-learnings for quick, targeted training delivery. Along with create & manage assessments to measure learning outcomes
  • Develop and deliver training on AI tools and emerging technologies to increase productivity and sales effectiveness
  • Oversee development, implementation and track completion rates of e-learning content in a learning management system (LMS).
  • Support sales enablement efforts for new product or market launches through tailored content and targeted training

  • Collaboration and Influence: Strong communication and project management skills, with a track record of partnering across global and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and impact.
