Join Sodexo’s Culinary Leadership Team as an Executive Chef!

Are you a passionate and innovative culinary professional ready to take your creativity to the next level? Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking an Executive Chef to lead production for our vibrant Pike & Rose Café at Sodexo Headquarters and craft exceptional grab-and-go offerings for Research Grove located 15mins away from Sodexo Headquarters.

In this dynamic role, you’ll operate from a fully equipped offsite production kitchen just 6 minutes away, where you’ll bring bold ideas to life across café service, catering, and coffee bar offerings.

Incentives

M-F 6am to 3pm with some evenings, no weekends

What You'll Do

  • Lead Culinary Innovation: Design and execute fresh, exciting menus for café and catering services.
  • Craft Grab-and-Go Excellence: Produce high-quality, on-trend items for our Research Grove coffee bar.
  • Drive Operational Success: Manage ordering, inventory, and production planning with precision.
  • Collaborate & Inspire: Partner with the General Manager and lead a team of 4 talented hourly staff.
  • Elevate Catering: Be the creative force behind memorable catering experiences for internal and external clients.

What You Bring

  • Menu Development: Ability to design diverse, seasonal, and trend-forward menus for café and catering.
  • Recipe Innovation: Skilled in creating appealing grab-and-go items and elevating standard offerings.
  • Presentation & Plating: Strong eye for detail and aesthetics in food presentation.
  • Production Planning: Experience managing pre- and post-production processes efficiently.
  • Inventory & Ordering: Proficient in managing food costs, inventory control, and vendor relationships.
  • Food Safety & Compliance: Deep understanding of HACCP, sanitation standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
