Workplace Experience Coordinator

Sodexo Energy and Resource is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team at an Oil and Gas company in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will build a welcoming, helpful, and collaborative environment for the tenants, flex space users, and visitors. The coordinator plays a vital role in fostering collaboration, resolving issues, and executing events, all while maintaining a positive and modern workplace culture. Sodexo provides our corporate service partners with a diverse range of food services and integrated facilities management possibilities. • Oversee office space configurations, coordinate repairs, and ensure workstations are properly equipped.
• Encourage best practices in modern work environments, manage lost and found items, and educate employees on ergonomic and hoteling procedures.
• Regularly monitor wellness rooms, mother’s rooms, and other shared spaces to ensure proper functionality.
• Act as a host by providing tours, answer facility and technology-related questions, coordinate events, and foster employee engagement.
• Help employees set up and operate workplace technology, submit service tickets when needed.
• Lead workplace initiatives and celebrations while supporting broader office culture efforts

• Strong Customer Service Skills
