Lead front-of-house operations when café managers are out
Support back-of-house functions to ensure smooth service
Step in on the floor and work stations when needed
Manage ordering, inventory, and staffing during meal periods

Food Service Operations Knowledge – Strong understanding of both FOH and BOH operations, including ordering, inventory management, food safety, and quality standards.
