Sodexo’s Campus Segment is seeking a Retail Manager 2 for Binghamton University located in Binghamton, New York.  In this role, you’ll oversee the administrative and operational functions of a highly visible, fast-paced MarketPlace and other dynamic retail dining outlets. We’re seeking an innovative leader who embraces technology, adapts quickly to new retail programs, and inspires strong employee engagement while driving strategic growth 

What You'll Do

  • Champion a zero harm mindset for yourself, your team, customers, and products.
  • Direct daily operations of food quality and customer service in the MarketPlace and other retail locations, including branded concepts.
  • Oversee cash handling protocols and compliance with Sodexo control procedures.
  • Ensure exceptional client and customer satisfaction through consistent food quality and service excellence.
  • Supervise and support the day-to-day work of food service staff, supervisors, and managers.
  • Lead, mentor, and train front-line teams on operations, cash management, opening/closing procedures, and Sodexo standards.
  • Manage and enforce HACCP safety programs and ensure compliance with all Sodexo and regulatory guidelines.
