Sodexo Energy and Resources is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support a leading Oil and Gas client in Belle Chasse, LA. This role is responsible for managing a wide range of industrial construction projects from RFP through closeout, ensuring all phases are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations. With a strong focus on safety, compliance, and upfront planning, you'll define project scope, select qualified contractors, build detailed schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You'll monitor financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive efficiency across all phases. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, clear communication, and the ability to navigate complex challenges with professionalism. You'll support cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, safe, and sustainable project outcomes.
This is a primarily Monday through Friday role, but there should be an expectation to work weekends as needed.
