What You'll Do

  • Support the execution of catered events, ensuring consistency and quality across all offerings
  • Supervise and mentor culinary staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Catering Manager to develop innovative menus
  • Maintain compliance with food safety standards and operational procedures
