This Executive Chef will spearhead the restaurant and catering operations on campus.
In this leadership role, you'll take charge of a vibrant independent living community, overseeing a talented culinary team and orchestrating exceptional dining experiences across multiple venues. Your mission: craft trend-forward menus, uphold the highest standards of quality and safety, and drive operational success within budget. Develop and execute innovative, nutritious, and appealing menus tailored to resident preferences and any special dietary needs
Ensure rigorous food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met and exceeded
Lead, mentor, and engage culinary and utility staff to foster a positive, resident-focused culture
Plan and execute special events and chef dinners, providing elevated dining experiences that delight residents and guests
Collaborate closely with wellness and care teams to support resident health and satisfaction
Manage inventory, budget, and vendor relationships to optimize operational efficiency and quality
