Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Executive Chef 4 to join our food services team at Phoenix Children’s Hospital in Phoenix, AZ. This is a high-volume, fast-paced account with a focus on delivering exceptional culinary experiences across a full-service Café, physicians lounge, and VIP catering. The ideal candidate will lead daily operations, drive team performance, and uphold Sodexo’s commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily food production, scheduling, inventory, and ordering across multiple service areas.
  • Lead and develop a team of managers, supervisors, and hourly associates to ensure operational excellence.
  • Deliver high-end, resort-level cuisine in a state-of-the-art kitchen and retail dining facility.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and utilize Health Touch software for patient room service.

  • 5+ years of high-volume food production management experience in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
