Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations at a prestigious client site. This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary leader who thrives in a high-end, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences.

As our Executive Chef, you’ll be the creative force behind our culinary excellence. You’ll lead a talented team, craft innovative menus, and ensure every dish reflects the highest standards of quality and presentation

What You'll Do

  • Culinary Leadership: Inspire and manage a team of culinary professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Menu Innovation: Design seasonal, trend-forward menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to tailor culinary offerings for events, meetings, and daily service.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee kitchen operations, including ordering, inventory, food safety, and cost control.
  • Training & Development: Mentor and train staff to uphold Sodexo’s standards of quality, safety, and hospitality.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
