Senior Program/Project Manager – Facilities Operations

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager for Facilities Operations to support Technical Services and Mobilization in Corporate Services. The Senior Program/Project Manager for Facilities Operations is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of facilities-related programs across multiple sites. This role ensures operational excellence through proactive site support, contract governance, performance assessments, and technology utilization, while fostering strong client relationships and driving continuous improvement.
Lead and coordinate due diligence for new and existing facilities, covering operational, financial, and compliance readiness
Develop and execute due diligence plans including site visits, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews
Prepare detailed reports, risk registers, and recommendations for business case validation
Manage site operations and lead cross-functional teams to ensure service alignment with standards
Oversee vendor contract compliance, performance, and scope management in collaboration with legal and procurement
Analyze purchasing trends and financial data to identify cost-saving and innovation opportunities
Act as strategic client partner, leading onboarding, mobilization, and transition planning
Manage CMMS and SMS platforms to support quality assurance, training, and compliance reporting
Design and deliver training programs to enhance technical skills and promote operational excellence
