Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Retail Manager 2 to lead cafe operations at White Horse Village in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania.  The Paddock Grille, a cafeteria-style dining area featuring a small micro-market. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.  Typical shift will be 10:30am -6:30pm may vary with every other weekend coverage 

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily operations of the Paddock Grille and micro-market serving lunch and dinner

  • Will manage a staff of approximately 30 employees
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction

  • Manage cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity

  • Handle purchasing and inventory control

  • Create and manage staff schedules

  • Train, support, and lead team members

  • Maintain compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards

  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail throughout the facility
