Sodexo is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Retail Manager 2 to lead cafe operations at White Horse Village in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. The Paddock Grille, a cafeteria-style dining area featuring a small micro-market. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Typical shift will be 10:30am -6:30pm may vary with every other weekend coverage
Oversee daily operations of the Paddock Grille and micro-market serving lunch and dinner
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Manage cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity
Handle purchasing and inventory control
Create and manage staff schedules
Train, support, and lead team members
Maintain compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail throughout the facility

Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
