Executive Chef 2

Sodexo is seeking a skilled and creative Executive Chef 2 for a temporary full-time role at Adventist Health Rideout Fountains in Yuba City, California. • Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent quality, safety, and presentation across all food service areas.
• Design and implement menus that meet nutritional standards while offering variety and appeal to patients, staff, and visitors.
• Lead and develop culinary staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

• Demonstrated experience as an executive or sous chef in healthcare, hospitality, or contract food service environments.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
