This role is ideal for a leader with strong operational expertise, a passion for mentoring teams, and the ability to balance hands-on involvement with strategic oversight. You will oversee a residential dining program and multiple retail units, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for students, faculty, and staff, while managing a unionized workforce.
Lead daily food service operations across residential and retail dining.
Deliver high-quality culinary and customer service experiences.
Achieve financial goals and maintain budget accountability.
Build and strengthen client and customer relationships.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service.
Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that promotes growth and teamwork.
Ensure Sodexo standards, policies, and safety requirements are consistently met.
