At Sodexo Campus Segment, we believe in supporting both our clients and our teams to achieve excellence. We’re seeking a General Manager 4 – Food Service for Boston University’s Fenway Campus in Boston, Massachusetts.

 

This role is ideal for a leader with strong operational expertise, a passion for mentoring teams, and the ability to balance hands-on involvement with strategic oversight. You will oversee a residential dining program and multiple retail units, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for students, faculty, and staff, while managing a unionized workforce.

  • Lead daily food service operations across residential and retail dining.

  • Deliver high-quality culinary and customer service experiences.

  • Achieve financial goals and maintain budget accountability.

  • Build and strengthen client and customer relationships.

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service.

  • Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that promotes growth and teamwork.

  • Ensure Sodexo standards, policies, and safety requirements are consistently met.
