Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Maximo Quality Assurance & Operations Excellence Team  Manager to join our FM Information Systems Instruction & Client Integration Team. 

 

This is a long-term temporary position that is benefits eligible and expected to last through November of 2026 

 

This is a Remote-with the preferred candidate able to work Eastern Standard time zone work hours

 

Lead the development, implementation, and long-term sustainability of the Quality Assurance program for FM Service Operations, including the Maximo Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and other FM Information Systems.  Provide strategic support to segment leadership and on-site teams through comprehensive system audits, ensuring consistent delivery of operational excellence.  Drive the deployment and optimization of CMMS and related FM systems by aligning with client strategies and supporting the Asset Management Framework and Maintenance Management Systems.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic deployment and support for all quality functions including Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Compliance and Innovation of Maximo and other FM Information Systems.
  • Establish 'best in class' quality processes/programs which take into account the strategic direction of Service Operations, regulatory compliance, and contractual obligations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deploy programs/processes designed to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Manage the development and analysis of statistical data and specifications.
  • Participate in team efforts that support the enhanced operational skills and competency with respect to Maximo and other FM Information systems as the preferred tools supporting FM operations across the NorAm business segments in a standardized manner.
  • Drive the implementation of Maximo CMMS and other FM Information Systems that gain efficiencies and productivity as relates to asset management and FM strategy.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Quality, IT, or similar field
  • 1-2 years Management Experience
  • 5 years of development and application of data management systems
  • 3 years of project management experience
