Sodexo’s Seniors segment is seeking a dynamic Managing Sales Vice President to lead national business development efforts and drive strategic growth. This is a remote role open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S., with proximity to a major airport and willingness to travel 50%+.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire a national sales team to exceed growth targets

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking sales strategy aligned with segment goals

  • Architect winning deal strategies and competitive proposals tailored to client needs

  • Drive client retention and margin growth through strategic account planning

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Design and Operations to win new business

  • Analyze financial and operational data to guide executive leadership and optimize performance

  • Champion a consultative, solution-oriented sales culture across the organization
