Sodexo is seeking a Resident District Manager at Murray State University in Murray, KY. This position will manage the day-to-day Food Service Operations, Resident Dining, Retail, Catering and Concessions. It requires strong strategic leadership, financial acumen, talent management, communication and project management skills. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. Lead a multi-site university dining program with a focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and financial performance
Build strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for strategic decisions
Oversee operations across residential dining, retail, and catering functions
Ensure compliance with food safety, labor, and regulatory standards
Guide and develop staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and implement creative, cost-effective solutions
Use data-driven insights to manage budget, forecast revenue, and optimize profitability
