Role Overview

Sodexo has an exciting Project Senior Manager position now available with InReach.

 

This position serves as the first point of contact for the operations team as we move to operationalize new business. This position will support the operations and sales teams by providing assistance with project management, contracts, logistics, and procurement activity needs. 

 

Travel is expected 10% of the time.

 

Please note, the preferred candidate in this position will reside in the Central Time Zone, preferably working from the Pflugerville, TX office.

What You'll Do

  • Establish the opening account number with financial services and will complete the award of the contract.
  • Responsible for obtaining the contract and providing a contract summary to be available for the managers at the opening. 
  • Working with the operations team, you will assist the on-site management team with logistics, ordering supplies, linking to merchandising and procurement activities, coordinating communications. 
  • Serve as a liaison between the Key Account Management team when necessary.
  • Work on special projects and process improvement activities.

Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
