What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage daily retail food service operations, including opening/closing procedures, merchandising, and vendor compliance.
  • Oversee POS programming, cash handling processes, and ensure all signage (including digital) is accurate and in place.
  • Conduct brand standard audits and maintain integrity across national and in-house retail concepts.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and physical safety standards while supporting a high level of customer service.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
