Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a strategic and dynamic Client Executive 2 (Multi-Client) to lead food and nutrition operations across multiple healthcare sites in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence, strengthen client partnerships, and lead teams in delivering exceptional patient-centered services. The position requires some overnight travel between client locations to ensure consistent service delivery and relationship management.

What You'll Do

  • Lead multi-site healthcare food and nutrition operations, ensuring consistent service excellence across all locations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a strategic partner to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee financial performance, operational standards, and regulatory compliance across diverse healthcare environments.
  • Inspire and guide on-site teams to deliver patient-centered services aligned with Sodexo’s mission and client goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 7 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 7 years
