Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 3 for Children's Hospital of Orange County in Orange, CA—a nationally ranked, 334-bed pediatric hospital. This role oversees catering, retail, and patient dining, ensuring quality, compliance, and engagement. Ideal candidates bring high-volume food service experience and a passion for leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily operations for catering, retail, and patient dining programs
  • Ensure food quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Partner with clinical and operational teams to support patient satisfaction
  • Lead and develop frontline staff to drive engagement and performance
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective strategies

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years   

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
