Role Overview

Sodexo Energy and Resource is seeking a Director of Operations (Offshore) to lead food service and janitorial operations across onshore and offshore facilities, including oil rigs and camps. Sodexo provides our corporate service partners with a diverse range of food services and integrated facilities management possibilities. **40-60% travel is associated with this role

What You'll Do

  • Drive and/or support strategic business development initiatives by identifying new market or expansion opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to expand the organization's customer base and revenue streams.
  • Manage the catering and facilities management services on offshore and onshore facilities
  • Direct resources in response to client account needs and requests
  • Ensure that client’s scope of work and standards are understood and met
  • Supervise a team of operational/project support positions
  • Align services in support of company or divisional initiatives

What You Bring

  • Strong background in food service and hospitality operations.
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry (preferred).
  • Proven ability in client relations and customer service.
  • Expertise in managing remote teams and operational budgets.
  • Financial acumen, ability to make data-driven decisions, and experience managing fixed-fee contracts.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
