Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager, Segment Finance, to support multiple units within the health system to support the Greensboro, NC area. This role will be overseeing Sodexo and client financial operations for Cone Health, and two other locations overseeing up to 11 locations, for Food and Environmental Services. Reporting to the Client Executive, this position is responsible for Sodexo and Hospital budget preparation, financial reporting and analysis for both Sodexo and hospital books, FIORI entries and transfers, client billing, and monthly invoice reconciliations.  Position requires residing in the Greensboro, NC area.

What You'll Do

You will advise unit management of budget attainment and partner with site leaders to ensure fiscal health, KPI attainment, and Sodexo’s contract compliance. This is a key role in delivering operational excellence for this prestigious client organization, you will interact frequently with c-suite at the local hospital and health system level.

  • ability to ensure accurate financial results and help improve profitability
  • experience supporting and training unit operators on various finance procedures including flash projections, forecasting, budget process
  • proficient skills in Excel
  • experience with AP and AR
  • experience with budget model, forecast model
  • strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • working knowledge of Kronos/UKG 
  • ability to work independently and is a self-motivator.

Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
