Sodexo is seeking our Construction Project Manager to join our team at Tampa University in Florida. Three years experience in Construction Project Manager title specifically, required. Our successful candidate will understand the RFP process, budgeting, scope of work, time management, and will have demonstrated history of a strong construction background. This role will take projects from Bid to finished project and be responsible for billing, invoicing and working with architect's, engineers, subcontractors on successful projects. Our leader will organize and direct construction personnel and ensures that materials and equipment resources are delivered on time, interact with planning commissions and governing bodies, coordinate costing estimation, contract negotiation and remodeling activities, and manages professional employees and supervisors.
