Executive Chef 2 – Lead Culinary Excellence at Liberty Mutual (Boston, MA)

Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef 2 to oversee culinary operations at our prestigious Liberty Mutual account in Boston, MA.

This is an exciting opportunity to bring your creativity, leadership, and attention to detail to a dynamic corporate setting that includes:

  • A vibrant café serving daily breakfast and lunch
  • High-end catering services for corporate events
  • Office coffee programs
  • Exclusive Executive Services – providing curated snacks and offerings to C-suite executives

Incentives

Predominately a M-F schedule from 6am to 4pm, rare evenings and no weekends

What You'll Do

As the Executive Chef, you’ll be the driving force behind our culinary success, responsible for:

  • Leading menu planning and culinary innovation across services
  • Managing ordering, inventory, and food cost controls
  • Being hands-on 60–70% of the time, ensuring quality and consistency
  • Supervising and inspiring a team of 7 cooks and 1 utility associate
  • Maintaining exceptional food presentation and service standards

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
