Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Facility Management Solutions Architect to join our Corporate Services Solutions Team!
In this pivotal role, you will help shape innovative, client-focused solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. From strategic planning through development and execution, you’ll design integrated facilities management programs that combine technical excellence with hospitality-driven experiences.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Business Solutions, you will concentrate on driving growth through new and existing Integrated Facilities Management opportunities. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Facilities Management and a proven track record in business development with a hospitality setting—crafting tailored solutions for Fortune 1000 organizations.
This is a Remote Role with approximately 50% travel.
Candidates can reside in any state near a major airport.
The Facility Management Solutions Architect coordinates a team of SMEs in the development, pricing, and articulation of compelling value propositions to meet new and existing client requirements and secure / retain business. As a resource on the team, you will own areas of high complexity and significant business impact, which require the solution to meet customer requirements and provide profitable return. This individual must build and demonstrate strategic and organizational agility, plus effective negotiation bringing data, insights, and strong interpersonal skills to influence a wide range of decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Functional Experience - 7 years in developing technical solutions and construction design
