Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a dedicated Custodial Manager to lead and support custodial operations in a dynamic environment in Claremont, CA. Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in custodial supervision, with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Bilingual proficiency is a plus, and prior experience in higher education settings is preferred. Candidates should possess intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite and be familiar with CMMS Maximo, Airslate, and EMS software systems. This role requires a proactive leader who can foster a culture of excellence, ensure compliance with Sodexo’s operational standards, and drive continuous improvement across campus facilities.

What You'll Do

  • Manage communications and presentations in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Manage a team of 14 Custodial Professionals on a cohesive team
  • Manage property management room reservation software EMS
  • Manage work orders in Maximo
  • Manage finance Airslate

What You Bring

  • Valid Driver's License and clear background required
  • Cleaning equipment knowledge, (Buffers, extractors, burnishers, waxers, scrubbers)
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite Maximo and Airslate, EMS software experience preferred
