Sodexo Campus Segment is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager 5 to lead the dining operations located in Western New York.
As the senior-most leader on-site, you will provide strategic direction, drive innovation, and foster strong partnerships with the university community while ensuring excellence in food quality, service, and safety.
You will oversee all aspects of campus dining, including resident dining, retail, and catering operations, while ensuring alignment with Sodexo’s mission, values, and contractual commitments.
Lead and develop a diverse team of managers and frontline staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Oversee daily operations, financial performance, and client satisfaction across all service areas.
Partner with campus leadership to design and implement innovative dining programs that enhance student engagement and retention.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
Drive continuous improvement through strong financial acumen, labor management, and operational efficiencies.
Foster a positive, inclusive work culture that promotes growth, teamwork, and high performance.
Represent Sodexo as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the client and campus community.

Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Food Service Leader in higher education, hospitality, or large-scale dining operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
Demonstrated financial and business management expertise, including P&L accountability.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and teams.
