Sodexo's Campus Segment is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Specialist 2 to join our team at the University of Vermont. This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic marketing initiatives that drive profitability, engagement, and growth across dining services. You’ll work closely with University Communications, as well as our internal marketing team, to develop and deliver impactful campaigns that enhance the campus experience and support sustainability and community engagement initiatives.
Drive growth through the planning, development, and execution of marketing and sales initiatives, including retail, catering, new sales, retention, and eCommerce promotions.
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and insight through surveys, focus groups, engagement campaigns, and digital tools.
Create and manage internal and external communications, including websites, social media, newsletters, and best practice sharing.
Partner with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator to ensure timely delivery of annual reports, sustainability communications, and client messaging.
Build and strengthen outreach to parents, families, and students; serve as the main contact for feedback platforms.
Develop and execute annual marketing plans to drive student engagement and participation in dining programs.
Promote the Vermont First local sourcing initiative and manage associated online presence.
Support community engagement, recruitment, and employee engagement through creative marketing tools and campaigns.

Minimum Education Requirement: Associate's degree or equivalent experience
