This role will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of mobilization activities, ensuring all operational, contractual, and service delivery components are launched efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will bring strong project and process management expertise, with a deep understanding of FM operations, vendor and subcontractor management, and service contract mobilization. This position requires exceptional organizational and leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with quality and safety standards.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the mobilization and deployment of hard and soft FM services across multiple client sites, ensuring seamless service transitions and operational readiness.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze facilities data—including asset inventories, service levels, and compliance records—to ensure accuracy and alignment with client expectations.

  • Collaborate with finance and solution teams to build and maintain cost models, budgets, and pricing strategies that support project success.

  • Develop and refine scopes of work (SOWs), SLAs, and KPIs to define deliverables, performance standards, and compliance requirements.

  • Oversee project planning and execution, managing timelines, milestones, and risks while coordinating HR, IT, procurement, and operations stakeholders.

  • Engage clients and internal partners through consistent communication, ensuring alignment, readiness, and successful handoff to steady-state operations.
