Sodexo is seeking a skilled and tech-savvy Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team at Lehigh Valley Health – Hazleton Hospital, a key facility within one of Pennsylvania’s most respected healthcare systems. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a team of 6 employees and supporting both patient dining and retail foodservice operations.

Lead, train, and schedule a team of 6 frontline culinary staff
Support retail operations including menu execution, signage, and service standards
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and HACCP protocols
Collaborate with the General Manager on menu planning, inventory, and cost control
Utilize digital tools including POS systems, menu boards, and signage platforms
Maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming kitchen environment

Strong leadership and communication skills

Availability to work a day shift schedule (9a–5p or 10a–6p) and every other weekend
