Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Patient Experience Manager at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital located in Richmond Heights, MO. This strategic leadership role will oversee customer experience for the food and environmental services departments at this hospital

What You'll Do

  • improve and maintain high-level of patient experience with the patient room service dining program
  • rounding with patients and nurses to promote and improve patient satisfaction
  • help develop and train frontline teams and supervisors
  • help oversee department safety and sanitation
  • ensure operating standards meet and exceed benchmarks
  • engage with patients, guests, staff, and nurses

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year experience in Service Recovery role at large hospitality or hospital environment
