Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Manager for (GBMC) Greater Baltimore Medical Center, located in Towson, Maryland. This is a 2nd shift position (1:45P- 10:30PM), that will oversee a union team of 50 and functions as part of a team of Environmental Service Managers reporting to the GM on-site. This role will have a rotating weekend and some holidays, depending on the needs of the business.
Located on a picturesque suburban campus in Towson, Maryland, GBMC is a 275-bed medical facility. Each year, GBMC handles more than 23,000 admissions and over 50,000 emergency department visits, combining community-focused care with the sophistication of university-level medicine at this full service account. Prior Environmental Services/housekeeping experience is preferred, must be results driven, understand employee engagement, and be committed to a winning culture. The successful candidate will have experience with EPIC, bed tracking, patient satisfaction, and possess strong computer skills.
