Conduct patient rounding to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with meal service
Oversee test tray audits to verify accuracy and compliance with dietary requirements
Monitor and support patient experience initiatives related to foodservice
Collaborate with frontline staff to ensure timely and accurate tray delivery
Provide indirect oversight of up to 20 employees when the manager on duty is unavailable
Serve as a liaison between patients, nursing staff, and foodservice teams
