Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 3 for TCU located in Fort Worth, TX. This position will manage retail volume in the Kings Family Commons Building which consists of four units. One of the units is an allergen free kitchen Magnolias Zero 7 with service to students with medically diagnosed allergies and is open to all students. We also have a Starbuck's We Proudly Brew grab and go unit, a Mexican lunch and dinner program called Calientes, and O'Brien's Burgers. All units except Magnolia's are supported with a commissary kitchen. This person will be the lead contact with the university and students in understanding specific meals needed by the students with allergies. The candidate must have culinary experience. The candidate will be in the leading a Retail Manager II for the unit, and will manage up to 75 hourly, union employees. The successful candidate will have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends and evenings as needed.
