• Lead Culinary Strategy: Develop and execute a forward-thinking culinary program that elevates the dining experience for our clients.
• Inspire and Mentor: Train, lead, and develop a talented culinary team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
• Menu Innovation: Design seasonal, trend-forward menus using fresh, local ingredients and diverse cooking styles.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee ordering, inventory, food safety, and kitchen operations to ensure consistency and quality.
