About the Role

As the Food Operations Manager, you’ll lead café and catering operations at a high-profile client site. You’ll be the face of our hospitality, ensuring every guest experience is seamless, engaging, and memorable. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is energized by daily client interaction.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team with a shared passion for hospitality and quality.
  • Oversee daily food service operations, ensuring smooth and efficient breakfast and lunch service.
  • Manage and execute catering events with precision and creativity.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and physical safety programs.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table—literally and figuratively—to elevate the guest experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
