Role Overview

Sodexo is hiring for our Unit Controller 2 for the Nazareth University in beautiful Rochester, NY. Our successful candidate will manage human resources duties including hiring including managing the I9 and WOTC processes, onboarding, payroll, assist directing employees to resolve benefits questions, as well as FMLA administration.  Our leader will have a strong executive presence to work with our team of 8 professionals and the campus administration. 

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate job fairs, job postings, interviews, hiring, and documentation of interview notes 
  • Onboarding new employees and assuring they have completed all required training
  • Assist employees to direct them to resources to resolve benefits questions
  • Provide assistance and guidance in the FMLA administration process 
  • Manage data entry and reporting for financials in e-Vision software
  • Manage payroll in the KRONOS Software
  • Manage the I9 and WOTC processes
