Role Overview

Sodexo School Services Division is looking a Food Service General Manager for a large K-12 Client in the Omaha Metro area.  

 

Day to day, this role will be responsible for ensuring a high level of standards, compliance with the National School Breakfast and Lunch Programs district wide and directly overseeing cafeteria operations.  The role will also include human resources, budget development and reporting, USDA regulation compliance, client communication, and staff development.

  • Experienced in managing food service in an education environment.

  • Well versed with NSLP.
  • Experience overseeing remote locations.
  • Ability to travel between schools on a daily basis, as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s degree

Minimum Management Experience - 4 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 4 years’ experience in management of school nutrition programs
