The Campus & Government Operations Support Team is composed of versatile, high-performing managers who are deployed to support new account start-ups and client locations experiencing staffing or operational transitions. In this role, you will step into interim leadership assignments, provide hands-on operational guidance, and help stabilize teams and service delivery — becoming a trusted resource and partner across multiple sites.

As part of this team, you’ll have the opportunity to accelerate your professional development by working in a variety of environments, service models, and client cultures. This position requires 100% travel, flexibility to work hours based on the needs of the business and a valid, clean driver's license.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the on-site operational leader, building strong, trust-based relationships with campus partners and acting as a strategic advisor to client leadership
  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and service-driven culture, supporting and developing a diverse workforce
  • Align campus dining program goals with client priorities, ensuring that service quality, hospitality, and operational excellence consistently exceed expectations
  • Drive financial performance by managing budgets, identifying efficiencies, and supporting initiatives that contribute to revenue growth and cost effectiveness
  • Integrate seamlessly into each campus environment, providing stabilization, leadership presence, and clear communication during periods of transition
  • Foster a collaborative, supportive, and people-centered work environment where team members feel valued, engaged, and empowered to deliver great guest experiences

What You Bring

  • Experience leading other managers in a high-volume dining or hospitality environment, with the ability to set direction and drive results
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasting, and full P&L performance
  • Proven ability to build engaged teams and deliver outstanding student and customer experiences through effective leadership and communication
  • Understanding of client contract expectations and the ability to ensure alignment and operational compliance
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities, communicating professionally across stakeholder groups, and maintaining a high standard of service excellence
  • Valid Driver's License, ability to drive, and clear background required
  • The ability to travel 100% of the time to assignments throughout the U.S. with rotation schedules being 10 days on, 4 days off or 5 days on, 2 days off depending on the needs of the business

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) or HTM
