What You'll Do

As the General Manager 4, you’ll be the on-site leader, responsible for the full scope of operations, including:

  • Client Relationship Management – Be the face of Sodexo, building strong partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership – Lead and inspire a team of 1 salaried Executive Chef and 27 hourly staff.
  • Operational Excellence – Oversee daily food service operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Catering & Events – Drive catering sales, market the meeting/event space, and coordinate AV setups for corporate functions.
  • Financial Oversight – Manage budgets, control costs, and deliver on financial targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
